I work with couples and individuals in their teens to 40's on a wide range of issues, including anxiety, ADHD, relationship struggles, dating concerns, identity shifts, life transitions, and work-related questions around purpose & direction. I also support those grappling with existential questions, spirituality, and a deeper sense of meaning in life. My extensive experience in mindfulness and the arts deeply informs my therapy. Before becoming a therapist, I worked in the arts and lived in a Buddhist temple during the pandemic. The profound experience of meditating for hours every day and embracing the monastic lifestyle inspired me to pursue a career in psychotherapy, and I absolutely love what I do.
