Introduction

When we experience trauma, burnout, identity issues or any perceived unmanageable stressors, it is not uncommon to feel like life is unraveling. I have been there, too. You are not alone, and you are not broken. That's why one of my passions is helping others gain a healthy perception of themselves and their relationships. I pursue this by providing an atmosphere of acceptance where you have the freedom to be who you are. There is no judgement here. I recognize the importance of individuality and autonomy, so my style of therapy is relaxed, fun, and collaborative. I will aim to recognize and highlight your innate strengths and help you build skills and tools that work best for you. Hey, I'm just a small-town guy that's rooting for you. We'll laugh. We'll cry. We'll heal.
