As a counselor I have the honor of offering hope to my clients when they may not have any for themselves. My desire is to be a resource for them in this journey of life and to be one of the avenues for God to accomplish His purposes in them. My counseling practice incorporates a distinctly Christian worldview into my methods and practices; however I do work with clients from all backgrounds. My goal is to respect the individual beliefs of each person I work with and to help them using the truths we have through Scripture. My training and experience has equipped me to address various issues such as anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, life transitions and spiritual issues. I also love to work with couples at any stage of their relationship including pre-marital, marital conflict or marriage enrichment. I am a certified Prepare/Enrich facilitator and have completed Level 1 training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy. My practice involves an integration of various approaches to counseling such as CBT, EFT and Family Systems therapy allowing me to address the various influences impacting the life of my clients.
