Introduction

Hi I'm David! I am a Bay Area native, dad, husband, MCU enthusiast, science nerd, and licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I have been practicing therapy for over 15 years. I work with individuals, couples, and families that have been impacted by anxiety, depression, ADHD, and trauma. My approach to therapy is to be compassionate, empathetic, and practical while using humor and witty metaphors. In therapy, you can expect me to be in the present moment, to explore thought patterns, and engage in back and forth dialogue. I meet people where they are and encourage my clients to take small steps in order to make big changes in their lives. I have expertise working with couples, parents and children with developmental issues, and addictions/ e-ddictions(internet, video games, etc). If you or someone you know is struggling during these strange times with anxiety, stress, loss, loneliness, or all of the above, I can help. If you have about 20 minutes we can set up a phone consultation and see if we can be a match. Currently I offer services in-person (socially distant of course), by phone, and virtually.
