Introduction

A psychoanalytic or "depth-psychology" approach engages the unconscious factors to our thoughts, feelings and behavior while helping us cope with the pains and absurdities of life. In addition to talking about what's on your mind, a session might include working with your dreams, artistic expression, or somatic symptoms. I've been lucky to work with a variety of concerns and work most frequently with LGBTQ+ young adults/teens and folks specifically desiring a (post)Jungian treatment style.
