As a mental health professional, I'm passionate about helping my clients discover, speak, and live the stories they want to be telling. I believe that you are the author of your life's story. And, I believe you deserve to live the story of your life in ways that make you feel free, safe, and unapologetically you. A strong therapeutic relationship is capable of helping you guide and support the live that you want to be living. As your counselor, I'll do everything in my power to help you live the life that you deserve. I am experienced in working with a wide range of adults from diverse identities, backgrounds, and experiences, ranging in age from 20 to 60 years old. I specialize in working with those who identify as men, young adults (18+, college, post-grads), first responders, law enforcement and military, professionals, trauma survivors, and survivors of abuse. Outside of counseling, I consider myself an introvert, a Highly Sensitive Person (HSP), a dog dad, and a lover of travel, culture, and stories. I’ve traveled to 29 countries and counting. In a past life, I worked in politics(!), taught yoga, wrote my own books, and coached hundreds of folks from around the world. Let's connect!
