Introduction

About Me As a mental health counselor, I believe prioritizing mental health is key to well-being. Seeking help can be one of the hardest parts, so congratulations on taking that step! I've been a practicing therapist for eight years, and I have fifty-five years of real-world life experience. In the last two years have shifted my focus to adult clients who are struggling with anxiety, depression, and trauma. About my approach to therapy Everyone has their own unique story and should receive personalized care. When we decide to work together, we’ll be partners in your path to healing and growth. Open communication is essential to me, and I want you to feel valued in our relationship. I’ll be here to listen to you, motivate you, and provide support throughout the process. What you can expect from our first session I always start with an introductory session, where you’ll have the opportunity to share your story and what you hope to achieve in therapy. We’ll work together to figure this out. I strive to create a warm, welcoming environment that allows you to feel comfortable sharing and being vulnerable, while also feeling secure. From there, we’ll work together in the sessions that follow to make these goals a reality for you.
