Introduction

After working in a psychiatric hospital for 7 years, I decided to start my own private practice, Evolve Onward LLC, located in Wauwatosa, WI. I offer individual mental health and substance use counseling in both in-person and virtual formats, working with adults battling anxiety, depression, stress, substance use issues, relationship challenges, and life transitions. I also work with adults who stutter on how to cope and continue moving forward in life despite stuttering.
