We provide session for individuals that are ready to make a change in their life. We have experience working with adults and with children. Our main focus with clients is to explore traumas that may be lingering from the past and need to be processed. We focus on self-esteem, self-worth, boundaries, and gaining tools we may not have been provided at a young age. The approach we use in sessions is an Integrated Approach of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with Psychodynamic Therapy. We believe one needs a structure in order to measure the improvement you are doing but have a strong belief that factors and the environment around us play a strong role in our lives and in what may be affecting us at the moment.
