Introduction

I believe that people are capable of managing a lot of what life brings to the table. At times, however, we may feel too sad, too scared, too tired, or too lonely. Having a relationship, taking care of family (and ourselves), fulfilling work or academics obligations, or simply living and existing might feel overwhelming. There are times when you feel stuck and frustrated, and despite your best effort, you continue to repeat the same cycle over and over again. Sometimes you know what you need to do differently, but you are sure where or how to start. Looking for support is a great start and I am so glad we found each other. In our work together, I promise to do my best to treat you as a person; someone with potential who is more than just your struggles. We will explore your strengths and areas for growth while we find new ways to cope. I'd like you to gain life skills that continue to be helpful as you face new situations and challenges even after our work is completed. I love what I do, which translates to the desire to provide you with the care that you deserve. It is a joy and privilege for me to see you grow as you build more awareness, self-compassion, and take steps towards living a healthier, more fulfilled life. I look forward to hearing from you and meeting you to begin our work together.
