I have been in the behavioral health field for over 20 years. I started working in addiction treatment and expanded to mental health. I have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults addressing a multitude of concerns. I use many different techniques however i strive to meet you where you are and provide support in your journey. Knowing that mental health and substance abuse issues tend to be brushed under the carpet i look to help you normalize your experience and make positive changes.
