This treatment helps clients with trauma, OCD, panic, ADHD and even Autism Spectrum to regulate their emotions, enhance their concentration, and feel empowered to handle life's challenges. Dr. Brennan also offers therapy for couples using Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), which is a groundbreaking approach that helps clients create a foundation of safety, intimacy, and trust.
