Through my own personal experience in being late diagnosed with ADHD, I've learned that symptoms can present as debilitating and feeling paralyzed. Compounding that with trauma, can make things so complex, it is hard to know what is what. I help folks sort that out and we learn to except our neurodivergence and heal our trauma together.
