Let's talk. Let's get into the nitty gritty and find out what is going on. Hi, I am Darniel J. Mojica, LCSW. I’m a mental health expert committed to helping individuals learn how to improve their behaviors, relationships, and mental health concerns. Is it difficult for you to interact with others, you second guess yourself, and become mentally exhausted because you overthink and worry so much? You are always in your head! It is exhausting! Perhaps you experienced trauma and have difficulty controlling your emotions and you relive past experiences, and it is ruining your relationships? You become depressed, feel conflicted, and filled with anger. Maybe you are that person that has difficulty sustaining a relationship or have ongoing marital problems because you can't communicate well. What you want is to have better control of your anxiety, emotions, and establish happy and healthy relationships. My work will help you to identify causes, ineffective behaviors, habits, and beliefs that can cause you to behave a certain way. You will learn how your past experiences contribute to current behavior, you will improve what I call "stinking thinking", these are thoughts that limit a person's growth potential. I use cognitive behavioral therapy and a collaborative approach to help clients reach their potential goals.
