My approach is a combination of many skills including solution focused, sex therapy & EMDR. I believe that counseling is an interactive process & needs to be tailored to your particular needs. I provide a safe space for you to talk about your life & receive support & validation all from the comfort of your home while online. If you are a military member, or a spouse or dependent, you will receive your counseling service at the cash rate fee of $60. Sessions are $85. All EMDR sessions are $175. Many insurance plans do not cover EMDR so please make sure you contact your insurance to make sure (1) you are covered, (2) if there are any co-pays and (3) if I am a network provider.
