Ms. D'Arezzo, licensed in Rhode Island, Connecticut, and Florida, has more than ten years experience providing mental health treatment to children, adolescents, and their families via traditional talk therapy, EMDR, and play therapy. She has extensive experience working with youth and adults with anxiety, mood disorders, behavioral dysregulation, and significant traumatic histories. Ms. D'Arezzo has advanced training in EMDR. Ms. D'Arezzo is trained to provide in-person or online rapid responses, or early interventions, conduct fieldwork, and treat individuals or groups living recent, present, or past acute or prolonged adverse experiences. Ms. D'Arezzo also offers equine assisted psychotherapy (EAP) and equine assisted EMDR. EAP is a treatment that includes equine activities, or an equine environment, to promote healing. EAP is used to treat a myriad of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, addiction, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). Equine-Assisted EMDR is an animal-assisted approach to EMDR therapy. EA-EMDR includes the integration of equine-assisted activities with EAP.
