Introduction

As a marriage and family therapist I integrate family systems, cognitive behavioral, strength -based techniques and insight to help my clients navigate through life's challenges and crises. My specialty is Christian counseling so I strive to integrate the spiritual disciplines as therapeutic interventions. I work with individuals, couples and families as well as children in the context of the family.
