Hi! Welcome to my practice page. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, centrally located in the Mission Valley area, and I love what I do! I am holistic and very integrative in my approach. I place you, my client, first and work with you to help facilitate your desired treatment goals. I specialize in Trauma, PTSD, Depression, Anxiety, Grief and Loss issues. To facilitate your best treatment I am Certified in EMDR Therapy, and also Brainspotting. I treat adult individuals only to better support my specialties, and achieve excellent outcomes for my clients. If you are feeling stuck, down or depressed, anxious, frustrated or just not quite your usual self and unable to figure out why, or perhaps struggling with bigger life issues or traumatic events, I can help.
