Introduction

Moving through a painful transition? Want to make changes in your life? Ever wondered what experiences in your life impact you the most and how to heal? Need to figure out where to go from here and how to get there? I'd love to join you on your journey. From navigating big transitions, healing deep hurts to growing into your most meaningful dreams, I’m here to support you with warmth, compassion, and sincerity as well as a decade of experience and specialty training. No problem too big or small. Trauma informed with holistic wellness centered and sensitivity to the unique backgrounds & intersectional identities of those I have the honor of working with, you can expect to uncover and build upon your own deep ability to heal and grow in our work together. We'll build a counseling experience as unique as you are- we can blend IFS, DBT, EMDR, CBT, narrative therapy, brainspotting, creative expressive arts, compassionate humor, and so much more to integrate what works best for what you need in our time together. Outside of this work, I enjoy spending time in nature, growing food, being with my loved ones, creative projects, and exploring new places. When you’re ready to leave the stress behind, heal what hurts, and connect more deeply to what matters to you, I’m ready to help you. My greatest hopes for our work together is that you will achieve the healing you desire to feel better and grow deeper into your most meaningful life. You don't have to do this alone. Reach out today so we can schedule time to connect and start your journey.
