Introduction

Life is a series of transitions, ups and downs, joy and pain that afford us the opportunity to move towards growth and deeper connection with others. I specialize in working with parents, couples and individuals who want to explore these relationships and find their own path forward toward a more gentle, loving, and compassionate experience. I use an integrated approach combining Cognitive-Behavioral, Attachment Science, and Mindfulness based therapies to help clients transform their lives and relationships with others. I believe that the therapist-client relationship is one of collaboration and I work hard to build an atmosphere of trust and safety where change can occur. In parenting work we will be informed by child development, family systems and attachment patterns to understand and support your child through your parenting.
