Introduction

My approach incorporates somatic awareness and shamanic practices that encourage and facilitate direct communication with the natural world. I strive to maintain clarity & cohesion in our work together. Although it is multidisciplinary, it is simple, grounded, balanced, and slow. I have traveled to the jungles of the Amazon to learn traditional pathways of healing with the spirits of plants, studied Buddhist philosophy and practices, and learned an ancient Taoist tradition of healing that maps the human psyche onto the body, using the elements of the natural world: earth, water, fire, plants, and minerals.
