Introduction

Greetings, thank you for your interest in therapy with me. As your therapist, I seek to identify, highlight and improve your innate abilities. It is my belief that all of life’s issues can be tackled by taking it one day at a time, one step at a time. Together we will develop a foundation of skills that will allow you to go from surviving to overcoming and thriving. My clinical background is in working with adolescents and adults dealing with anxiety, depression, and past traumatic experiences. I’ve been practicing in the field of counseling and providing other clinical services for over 7 years. I am a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor and a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern. My goal is to become your partner in your therapeutic journey. I utilize a collaborative approach to the therapeutic process. Therapy with me is based on the unique relationship that we establish. The therapeutic relationship is based on trust, fidelity and honesty. I use a combination of Solutions focused, Cognitive Behavioral, Reality Therapy and Mindfulness techniques.
