I specialize in treating symptoms of grief, anxiety, trauma, and depression in children, adolescents, and adults. My therapy practice is grounded in a person-centered approach which means I assist clients in adjusting to their environment to understand themselves and their emotions better. I am a trained play therapist working with children and adolescents using play therapy and creative arts to help with anxiety, depression, behavior, and life transitions. I also specialize in working with adults and families that have experienced traumatic loss, children that have lost a parent or sibling, and losses due to suicide or substance use. Seeking support and help through life’s unexpected challenges can be intimidating. I believe that creating a safe environment of support, trust, and understanding is crucial to the therapeutic relationship. If you or someone you know is in need of help, please let me know.
