Since 2020, I’ve helped people of all beliefs and backgrounds reclaim the path of their lives. I have a passion for assisting parents navigating the waters of parenthood– from infertility, conception and pregnancy through the unexpected challenges that comes with new parenthood, very real postpartum depression/ mood disorders and the grief of loss when things don’t go as planned. I have special experience in EMDR- trauma therapy. EMDR is an evidence-based therapy to treat PTSD symptoms as well as depression and anxiety. EMDR is extremely effective in reducing symptoms but can take 6-8 sessions or more in order to complete. I also have a big heart for the LGBTQ+ community. I am an ally and advocate for their rights. I have an open mind and heart. I value a therapeutic relationship with my clients and focus on what the client needs to live a fulfilled life. Along with my facility dog Penelope we provide a safe and calm environment for growth and healing.
