Introduction

I believe in highlighting strengths, empowering individuals and helping others set healthy boundaries. I offer an empathetic place to process while also challenging you to be outside your comfort zone. As an LGBTQIA+ affirmative therapist, I work with folks who are part of the LGBTQIA+ communities and their families to provide a safe space to support them while also advocating for their needs in school systems and in the community. I also offer an empathetic place for teens and young adults to grow and learn about themselves during these transitional periods in life. In working with couples, I help to identify patterns in relationships and collaboratively work together to make changes. I am EMDR Trained and currently a member of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy. (AAMFT)
