Introduction

With nearly a decade of experience working with individuals on their mental health needs, I have experience working with teens and adults in many walks of life. I’m trained in evidence-based practices, meaning there is research behind the approaches I utilize. In 1-on-1 sessions with clients, my focus is on delving into the core of their challenges, collaboratively setting goals for change, and working together as a team to achieve them. I adopt an integrative approach tailored to each individual’s unique needs and goals, drawing from various therapeutic modalities such as ACT, CBT, ERP, DBT, and mindfulness. Our work together will be completely customized, just for you. I graduated from Vanderbilt University with a degree in Human & Organizational Development, and Child Development. I love learning about how people grow, change, and function. After working as a Management Consultant for four years, I knew I wanted to enact change at the individual level. So I moved to Chicago and went back to school to become a therapist. I studied at the University of Chicago’s School of Social Work, learning from thought leaders in the area. I’ve now been working as an individual therapist for almost a decade. I love getting to know people, their ins and outs, what makes them tick- and helping them identify what’s working, and what’s not. I get so much fulfillment and joy out of what I do. When I’m not working, you’ll find me at a playground with my kids, playing fetch with my dog, or watching a murder mystery doc on the couch to unwind.
