Thank you for being here! I am a marriage and family therapist in California (license #139272). I received a BA degree in psychology from CSU Northridge, and a MA degree in psychology with emphasis on marriage and family therapy from Philips Graduate University. I have worked with a variety of therapeutic needs which include anxiety, depression, anger, grief/loss, life transitions, family/relationship concerns, codependency, identity, inner child healing, ocd, bipolar, adhd, ptsd, c-ptsd, child/adolescent/teen concerns, eating disorders, substance use, self harm, pre & post natal, and parenting. Often, clients are looking for relief, understanding, and action. I aim to guide you there. I utilize a mix of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), solution-focused, and existential / psychodynamic therapies in my practice, which allow for collaborative exploration of the past, present, and/or future. This approach highlights your strengths and untapped resources you may not have recognized, and aids in insight, confidence, and feeling better equipped for life's challenges. I would be more than happy to answer any questions you may have about my services. Thank you, and I hope to meet you soon! ****My calendar will open for January 2025 scheduling. Feel free to contact me with any questions.
