Introduction

As a professional woman, wife, and mother I understand the unique burdens women face given our various roles and our innate capacity for putting others before ourselves. Poor self-care coupled with life’s unexpected challenges can lead to problematic relationships, burnout, and instability. As a licensed mental health therapist since 2005, I’ve had extensive training and experience providing counseling services to a diverse clientele with everyday struggles as well as individuals with significant mental health concerns. This includes individual and group therapy services to assist clients fulfilling their emotional wellness goals, improving interpersonal relationships, and enhancing coping skills. Having a therapist who is experienced, authentic, and collaborative is important to help you reach your goals!
