Having treated individuals and families in hospitals, treatment centers, and private practice, I meet you therapeutically where you are. I specialize in eating disorders, OCD and anxiety. I use CBT/ERP and a relational style, and I incorporate skills from DBT, ACT, and more. I see kids, teens, and adults. I value a weight inclusive, gender affirming, and trauma informed lens.
