Introduction

We are a group of Board Certified Licensed Professional Counselors, Associates, and student interns who specialize in helping individuals, couples, families, and groups who are motivated and ready to work through difficult life situations and emotional disorders. Our work focuses on challenging unhealthy and limiting thoughts (CBT), reprocessing trauma (EMDR), restoring and enriching relationships (couples and family counseling); learning dialectics, emotional regulation, mindfulness, and distress tolerance skills (DBT), and processing with 6-8 people (group counseling). We serve Louisiana and Texas clients with private pay and the insurances listed below. We also accept recipients of The Loveland Foundation Therapy grants and Open Path Collective! Request an appointment today! We work from a holistic and biblical worldview to help our clients manifest the healing that God intends and they desire. ***New Process Group Announcement*** We recently added process groups for women for 12- weeks. We are reading "Becoming the Woman God Wants Me to Be," by Donna Partow. All are welcome to attend. ***New Therapy Group Announcement*** Dialectical Behavior Therapy Group This is a therapy skills group for adults who are experiencing overwhelming emotions and behaviors.
