I support individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, relational conflicts and trauma. I provide effective coping skills to manage daily life. One of my main goals is to build trust, integrity and a therapeutic connection to begin working towards empowering individuals to changing distorted thoughts, behaviors or challenges in a person’s life. Identifying and explore feelings, thoughts and behaviors are key to make life more enjoyable. As a therapist my goal is to provide a client with support with the process of breakthrough, healing, and empowerment to move forward in life with personal and professional relationships.
