Introduction

One of the things I love most about counseling is the opportunity to join you on your personal journey toward growth. Each journey is unique to your individual values, life perceptions, and beliefs, and it is an honor to walk alongside you. While we are on this journey, we will identify the strengths God has given to you and use those for healing. I am empathic and loving and will provide a space for you that is safe and non-judgmental. A place where you feel accepted and understood, a place that fosters openness and growth. Our relationship will be collaborative regarding treatment goals, and I will use a variety of methods to best meet your needs. I believe that being created in God’s image means that we are created to be relational beings. Not just as counselor and client, but within ourselves. We were created for internal connection, and emotional pain can disrupt this and impact your body and soul. Throughout our journey, I am devoted to bringing wholeness to each of these areas! I am a trauma informed counselor and am just finishing up my certification in EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing).
