Introduction

One of the most beautiful and reassuring parts of life is that we all have the capacity to grow. Whether it's growing through a traumatic situation, anxiety, a difficult upbringing, a challenging relationship, depression, a life crisis, grief, identity-related concerns, or just the various ups and downs of life: you are not only capable of growth, you're deserving of it. Using a biopsychosocial approach to treatment, I seek to help you address your treatment goals by first acknowledging and exploring the influence of all aspects of your life on your mental wellness. With almost a decade of experience conducting individual psychotherapy with clients of various backgrounds, identities, ages, and statuses in life, our work together will focus on helping you identify and move towards your own personal growth. What that looks like is building insight, treating a specific set of symptoms, and/or developing coping skills. Above all else, this is a space where you can be and continue to grow into your fullest self, safely, without judgement, and wrapped in genuineness and compassion. I'm so excited to enter into this journey with you!
