I am a strengths-based, client-centered therapist. As there is no “one size fits all” approach to therapy, support will be tailored to empower you to make changes specific to your needs and goals. I will help highlight inherent strengths that can support you in navigating difficulties and fostering growth both within yourself and in your relationship with others. My practice is informed by my experience and identity. I am the daughter of an immigrant, am active in the LGBTQ+ community, and identify as Latina and multiracial. I will provide a welcoming, non-judgmental space where you can be your authentic self and explore whatever challenges you may be facing. I am also a Registered Circle of Security Parenting Facilitator and am offering sessions to both individuals and groups online and in person. The Circle of Security Parenting™ program is based on decades of research about how secure parent-child relationships can be supported and strengthened. I received both my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and my Master’s in Counseling Psychology from Santa Clara University. My previous experience includes supporting young children and their families to foster emotional understanding and to develop healthy family dynamics, as well as assisting young adults in managing their mental health and navigating life transitions. Please feel free to contact me for a free 20 minute consultation if you are interested in working together!
