I'm the founder of Portland OCD and Anxiety Center and have been specializing in the treatment of OCD, Anxiety, BFRBs, BDD, and other Anxiety disorders for over 20 years. Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure Response Prevention (ERP). Habit Reversal Training (HRT), and Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), clients can reduce their symptoms and find increased freedom in their day to day lives. I believe that it is important to work as a team to create a path that will support and motivate you towards your goals.
