Introduction

I specialize in working with people who may feel stuck or have not found a solution to their problems on their own. I will provide education and assist you in taking a problem-solving approach to the concerns you bring to a session. Together, we will explore what you hope to take away from your counseling experience. We will then form and implement a plan in a collaborative fashion to achieve these goals. I often take an eclectic approach to therapy tailored to you while considering your individual needs, goals, and preferences. I will highlight your strengths and give you the tools to grow, cope, or heal. I also pride myself on having a warm and supportive presence in sessions while making you feel heard and understood. My practice offers a safe and supportive space for women to seek counseling and prioritize their wellbeing. My office is also conveniently located directly off of I-495 and across the street from Starbucks. So, grab a coffee and come chat with me.
