Together, we can identify patterns of thoughts and behaviors that have become difficult to manage on your own. I am a Clinical Counselor and Supervisor with additional training in the treatment of anxiety, mood disorders and PTSD/trauma work. I have experience with children through adults providing both individual and family therapy. I currently work with college (18+) through adult ages utilizing individual sessions and family support.
