I use different approaches and techniques with each client including, but not limited to Psychodynamic Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I understand that seeking change or something different can be difficult. I enjoy working alongside my clients to help each individual achieve their therapeutic goals in a way that feels comfortable for them. By using an empathetic and client centered approach, I support and encourage my clients to focus on their strengths in order to overcome life’s challenges. I strive to create a safe and empowering space where clients can be vulnerable, try new things, and speak openly in an environment where they feel accepted rather than judged. I believe the therapeutic relationship between client and therapist is essential in the helping process. My goal is to meet the client where they are and assist them in their journey of self discovery, personal growth, and living more fulfilling lives.
