Introduction

Hello. My name is Danielle Jediny-Racies. I am a practicing licensed marriage and family therapist with over 16 years of experience providing care for people who live in Oregon, California, Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, and Washington. My therapeutic approach is informed by attachment, relational, somatic, and trauma-informed methods of care. For couples therapy, my approach is influenced by Psychobiological Approach to Couples Therapy (PACT). The first session is 2 hours, then afterwards an hour and a half sessions. *Please note: insurance does not cover couple therapy, only family therapy, so couple therapy is out-of-pocket care. I am a steady, reflective, compassionate, and interactive therapist. The environment that I provide in my work with a client is one where curiosity, compassion, learning, and safety allows for one to see and love themselves in ways that were not present before starting therapy. I actively engage and provide concrete guidance on how to achieve the goals you've set in therapy. I believe that there is nothing wrong or broken with you. I believe that all the answers are already inside of you; even if it doesn't feel that way right now. Therapy with me is a place to get curious about yourself, your relationships, the potential for new experiences that the world around you can offer, and where you come to feel understood. Thank you for taking the time to consider how I can support you.
