I am a firm believer that we are not meant to go through our lives alone, but that often life's struggles can leave us feeling alone and isolated. Even when our well intended friends and family try to help us, sometimes there are just things that they aren't equipped to help us with; and we can end up feeling more alone and misunderstood than we did before. Whether you are grieving the death of a loved one, dealing with PTSD, depression, anxiety, divorce/break-up, co-parenting, chronic illness , or other challenging life curve-balls, I am here to walk alongside you. It can feel overwhelming to pick a therapist from a thumbnail picture, a blurb, and a long list of names with letters after them. We are all trained to offer a safe, non-judging, validating space for you, and typically provide that. While our credentials and trainings do matter, what matters most, is the ability to connect with your therapist. I am LGBTQIA, and Poly friendly, and have specific training in EMDR, PACT (Psychobiological Approach to Couples Therapy), and Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP). I am a Veteran, and intimately familiar with LEO.
