Danielle believes that healing happens when we are able to accept and work toward the most authentic version of ourselves. Danielle believes that the therapeutic relationship is collaborative and that the client already has the wisdom and agency but the role of the counselor is to help the client access their inner resources. Danielle helps the client work towards psychological flexibility by acceptance and mindfulness-based behavior change strategies. Danielle utilizes a non-judgemental attitude and unconditional positive regard in order to create a safe and trustworthy environment. Danielle provides individual therapy to adolescents and adults from all backgrounds with a special interest in anxiety, trauma, depression, and life-transitions.
