Introduction

I am a passionate psychotherapist who celebrates each unique individual for who they are. Because we are all so unique, there is not a standardized way to offer therapy. I utilize an eclectic approach, primarily drawing from CBT, psychodynamic, humanistic, and solution-focused theories as I see fit for each individual. My work focuses and targets ineffective behaviors and patterns of thinking that keep individuals stuck from reaching their full potential.
