Introduction

Hi - I'm Danielle. Considering therapy is easy for some and not as easy for others. Whatever your circumstances - I'm glad you're here. Therapy is a journey. Like all journeys sometimes there's hard parts and sometimes there's smooth parts. With this in mind, I always aim to provide a calm, transparent, collaborative, and safe space for you to be you. This is your therapeutic journey not mine. It’s my belief that a supportive, open, and non-judgmental therapeutic relationship is a must for therapy to be effective therapy. I work on developing and maintaining that relationship from the first time we meet. I strive to to instill hope for effective and meaningful growth by developing desired yet realistic goals and outcomes for therapy. I currently only provide therapy virtually. I am bilingual and can provide services in English and Spanish.
