Introduction

Hello! I have a strong desire to work with adolescents and adults working through anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relationship challenges. I also have a passion for working with women who are navigating through trauma, especially those who have experienced sexual trauma or trauma related to their family of origin. I am dedicated to helping my clients create new, healthy experiences, and learn how to create safety with themselves and others in a way that leads to freedom to be who they were made to be. I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental space for my clients, and it is my goal to create hope for my clients as they go through the ups and downs of the healing process. I utilize a variety of modalities, including CBT, DBT, and family systems. I see all my clients through a culturally-sensitive, trauma-informed lens and also offer EMDR to aid in trauma reprocessing.
