LMFT Zimmerman Therapy Group
Specialties: Child or Adolescent, Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, Parenting,

Introduction

As a therapist my desire is to help others find wholeness in their relationships with themselves and others through an approach of genuine acceptance, respect, and empathy. I believe meeting people where they are at in life and hearing their unique life stories is an important part of the therapy process. I work with individuals and families; particularly children and adolescents. My approach in working with children includes play therapy, teaching social skills, EMDR, and parent coaching. I also work with depression, anxiety, grief, and other major life adjustments as well as have been trained in utilizing EMDR therapy in my practice when needed. I graduated with a Master of Arts degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Fresno Pacific University Biblical Seminary in Fresno, California, in 2017 https://www.zimmermantherapygroup.com
