The most important relationship you have is the one with yourself. We all have a story. Telling your story to an attuned listener can be transformational. Healing is a collaborative endeavor. As you share your experiences and I listen, you can become more connected to yourself. I specialize in trauma and attachment injuries and primarily work with individuals 18+. I work best with clients looking to address symptoms of trauma, depression, anxiety, stress management, relationship issues, and parenting problems. I believe digging deep into ourselves and learning how our early relationships in life impact our present coping strategies and feelings can help us move towards the future we want. I am trained in a variety of therapeutic interventions and strive to provide a holistic strengths-based approach to help assist and meet clients where they are at in life. I have training in Eye Movement and Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Inherited Family Trauma (IFT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and utilize Internal Family Systems(IFS).
