I welcome teens, adults and couples to overcome obstacles by helping them to cope with life transitions. Whether you feel stuck, have unhealthy relationships or unhealthy thoughts, together we will navigate life's challenges and explore new ways of thinking, feeling, and living. My specialty includes assisting clients with self-esteem, relationships, family counseling, relationship/marital difficulties, depression, emotional issues, life changes, work difficulties, stress management, academic counseling, and consulting. I offer individual, family and couples counseling sessions. Life can be difficult, but you don't have to do it alone. Having a trusted & non-judgmental person in your corner may be just what you need to help overcome your current obstacles. I will teach you the tools necessary to empower yourself. I look forward to working with you! Video appointments are available for clients in Louisiana, Texas and Illinois.
