Introduction

I have over ten years of experience helping adults working through anxiety, depression, identity issues, and relational conflicts. I am licensed in California and Arkansas and work from a psychodynamic/psychoanalytic theoretical perspective. This means I conduct in-depth, process-oriented therapy. I primarily work with adult clients struggling with identity issues, anxiety, depression, and relational connection with loved ones. During our initial sessions, I will gather a personal history and ask questions to further deepen emotional understanding and insight into the concerns discussed. My goal is for clients to feel heard and understood during our sessions. If you are interested in therapy, I would love to hear from you, set up an initial appointment, and learn about your current concerns and hopes for the future. My practice is 100% virtual, which will allow you to receive therapy in the comfort of your home.
