On the surface, you hold it together pretty well. No one knows how overwhelmed, insecure, and lonely you really feel. Despite everything you accomplish and how full you keep your schedule, nothing feels like enough. There's a vague but heavy sense of self-doubt that interferes with your decisions, self-confidence, and relationships. On some level, you know there's got to be another way, and there IS! You can feel more peace, find your voice, build self-trust, and step into the life you actually want. I'd love to help you get there! In therapy, we'll work together to understand what's holding you back from becoming the version of yourself you've always envisioned but have had trouble becoming.. You'll learn how to shift the harsh, critical ways you think of yourself, set boundaries to protect your peace, connect to your emotions, and deepen your understanding of yourself and your past. My goal is to provide a safe space for you to feel like you can fully be yourself. I believe therapy is tough, serious work, AND it can also be filled with laughter and lightness. I bring my full self to session in hopes that encourages you to feel free to be yourself, too. We'll start by building insight and awareness around the patterns and behaviors you're struggling with. From there, we'll work to make the meaningful changes necessary to build a life you're proud of and excited about. I want to empower you to take charge of your own healing. I'll be here to support you, guide you, ask the tough questions, and (gently) call you on your BS when necessary.
