Hello, and Welcome! My name is Danielle and I am a licensed therapist. I am committed to supporting and empowering individuals to work through challenges, build their personal toolbox of coping skills to manage stress, improve relationships, and become the best version of themselves. Taking the First Step to Move Forward I believe change is possible when you can allow yourselves to make the first step and ask for help. One of my favorite quotes, “A journey of a thousand miles begins with one step.” I believe in creating a brave space and a comfortable environment for you to explore and learn more about yourself in authentic ways one step at a time. My goal is to help you on your journey to self-awareness that begins with discovering your strengths, values, self-care, using tools to overcome or cope with stress, gain confidence, and set boundaries in order to improve clarity and create new meanings. Owning Your Story Self-doubt, lack of motivation, sadness, constant worrying, resentment, and fear can impact how you feel about yourself as well as your outlook on life. In session, you and I will explore your thinking patterns, feelings, and experiences to help you connect to your story. Through journaling and the tools learned, you will begin to reframe your thoughts through positive self-talk, manage emotions, and gain clarity on what matters to you.
